Admissions

     The Georgia Institute of Technology utilizes the Common Application. Admissions officers use a holistic review process that assess each applicant based on his or her course selection, GPA, standardized test scores, extracurricular activities, personal essays, and letters of recommendations. The fee to submit an application is $75.

Student Life

     The Georgia Institute of Technology is home to hundreds of clubs such as the Christian Campus Fellowship and the Android Intiative at Georgia Tech. The institute also features Division I and intramural sports teams, as well as 32 men's fraternities and 9 women's sororities. The institute also has one of the best college recreation centers in the country.

Academics

     The Georgia Institute of Technology offers a bachelors degree in Computer Science. Some of the required courses for this degree include Introduction to Computing, Computing and Society, and Introduction to Artificial Intelligence. For graduate studies, the institution offers masters and doctoral degrees in Computer Science as well as Algorithms, Combinatorics, and Optimization.

Student Services

     The Georgia Institute of Technology offers several options for on-campus housing, as well as resources for off campus housing. The institute also features a police department and an office of emergancy preparedness to help keep pupils safe. The Office of Disability Services ensures students with varying abilities recieve proper academic accomodations.
